This device for GSM telephones, connected by speakerphone kit (earpiece+microphone) to 2 cellular phones, scrambles any conversation making incomprehensible any intercepted dialogue.

Of course both speakers must be equipped with cell scrambler. Cell Scrambler is supplied in pair and is powered by 12V mini batteries.
