Receive instructions without an exposed headset

BT-PEN turns a working ballpoint pen into the link between your phone and a miniature Secret Ear receiver. Hear instructions through the concealed earpiece and reply through the microphone built into the pen. You can receive updates without looking at your phone or wearing an exposed headset.

Your phone handles the call and sends audio to the pen over Bluetooth. The pen then transmits it to the earpiece through electromagnetic induction. Send us your phone model before ordering so we can check Bluetooth calling compatibility.

Two local connections, one phone conversation

The phone-to-pen Bluetooth range is up to 33 ft (10 m). The specified pen-to-earpiece receiving distance is 30–50 cm, or about 12–20 inches. Communication with the other caller depends on phone service, rather than the short-range induction link.

The pen has a built-in rechargeable lithium battery. The kit includes one Secret Ear earpiece, one Bluetooth-inductive pen with microphone, one battery, and one standard connector. Pen styling may vary with stock availability. The receiver is intended for individual personal use.
