Why the Installation Must Be Designed Properly
Integrating a GSM listening device inside an object is not just about finding enough room for the circuit. Component placement, casing materials, available power and the object's internal layout can directly affect audio quality and mobile network communication.
For this reason, every custom installation is planned by considering the microphone, antenna, GSM/4G module and power supply separately. The microphone must capture audio clearly without being overly blocked, while the antenna must be positioned with the object's materials and electronics in mind.
Microphone Placement
The position is chosen based on the object's structure, available openings and acoustic characteristics. Even a high-quality microphone can perform poorly if it is placed in the wrong location.
Antenna Placement
Metal parts, electronic circuits and other components can affect the radio signal. The antenna is therefore placed in the best position for the available configuration.
Power Management
When the object has its own power source, we assess whether it can also power the GSM system. For portable devices, the battery is sized according to the available space and required operating time.
System Testing
After integration, we test the power supply, mobile network connection, audio quality and all options included in the configuration.
The goal is to create a system where the object and listening device work as one solution, keeping the object's normal use whenever possible and delivering the agreed technical performance.
