The ENRBC-MASK kit is a self-defense system designed to protect the face and respiratory tract from dangerous toxic agents such as gases, vapors, aerosols, dangerous dusts etc. Included in an ultra-tough tactical bag the protective kit makes use of a CM-6M gas mask, NBC-77 SOF filter cartridge and 20 individually sealed stable iodine tablets.

The iodine tablets are able to saturate the thyroid thus preventing the absorption of iodine-131, a harmful isotope that spreads in the air following uranium fixation. An iodine tablet is in fact the first defense weapon against possible nuclear accidents. The kit also uses an integrated voice function, to facilitate the understanding of a conversation to 95%, and a hydration system compatible with CAMELBACK adapters (water bottle included).

*PLEASE NOTE: the mask can be used both in combination with filter cartridges and with electric respirator.

Warnings and prohibitions

The ENRBC-MASK kit is prohibited in the presence of an atmosphere with oxygen level lower than 19.5% (under an insulated respirator it is mandatory) and explosive atmosphere higher than class 01 (for Europe and France please refer to ATEX classification - zone 01). For optimal hold, it is not recommended to wear long hair and beard.
