Handheld bug detector and RF transmitter finder. Can detect many RF devices such as GSM, UMTS, 3G, CDMA mobile phones, cordless, bluetooth/wireless etc.
The RIL-RF-DIR digital directional bug detector can be used to detect and locate a wide range of radio transmitters (radio transmitters, GSM bugs, hidden cameras etc.) usually used to make unauthorized access to data and information.
It is a superheterodyne receiver and frequency synthesizer, which provides continuous scanning of the frequencies being in its range and the analysis of the spectrogram peaks. Standard digital signals are identified by their amplitude and frequency modulation characteristics. Scanning and analysis take place cyclically every 1.0-1.5 sec.
The device can control, scan, search and monitor analog and digital signals and it is able also to detect GSM900/1800, UMTS (3G), CDMA 450 (453-458 MHz), UMTS 900 cell phones, cordless, bluetooth and wireless devices as well as many other analog and digital radio equipment.
