How the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE Hardware System Works

Room Audio Recording
The built-in hardware microphone records voices and sounds around the phone. There is no need to open a monitoring app on the Galaxy S24 FE.

Complete Call Capture
Incoming and outgoing voices are saved to the dedicated internal memory. Recording does not depend on a live data connection.

Keeps Recording Offline
The system can store audio without GSM coverage or Wi-Fi. It may also remain active while the handset looks powered down, as long as the monitoring electronics have power.

Secure Bluetooth Listening
Live audio is available through the protected Bluetooth channel at an approximate range of up to 50 m. Walls and radio interference can reduce the practical distance.

Remote Access Through a Relay
A Wi-Fi/LTE relay with SIM can sit within about 50 m of the Galaxy S24 FE. Bluetooth carries audio to the relay, which then sends it through the data network. This allows access from another location and supports the GSM BUG connection through the relay SIM.

Simple Local Download
Use the dedicated software on a compatible PC or smartphone to change settings and copy stored recordings. Access is protected by a password.

Controls Available From Another Location
A compatible Wi-Fi or LTE accessory placed within about 60 m of the phone can provide status and settings access without handling the Galaxy S24 FE.

Four Ways to Start Recording
Select continuous recording, VOX activation when a voice is detected, a time schedule or a Bluetooth command sent remotely.

Audio Quality and File Size Control
Sampling can be set from 8 kHz for smaller files and longer recording time up to 41 kHz for more detail. PCM, µ-law and OPUS codecs provide further control over quality and storage use.

Live Audio On Demand
Streaming can be enabled only for the period when it is needed. Stored recordings remain available even when the live stream is off.

Set Connection Times
Keep the link available all day or limit it to selected hours. AES encryption and password authentication protect the connection.

Organise Stored Recordings
The control panel lets you browse folders, download one file or a complete group, and delete recordings that are no longer needed.

Check Free Storage
Used and available memory are shown in the management view, making it easier to clear space before new recordings are affected.

When a relay is connected, audio quality, timers, recording mode and connection rules can be updated from a remote location.

Separate From Android Software
The monitoring functions are part of dedicated hardware rather than a normal app. Stored files and hardware settings remain separate from routine Android updates and factory-reset procedures.

Two Ways to Connect Beyond Bluetooth Range

Remote live listening, file transfer and settings access can be added with either of the following relay options:

Bluetooth-to-LTE Relay With Data SIM
The relay communicates with the Galaxy S24 FE over Bluetooth within an indicative range of about 50 m. Its data SIM then carries audio and management traffic through the mobile network. Power can come from the internal rechargeable battery or from a continuous 200–240 V AC supply using the mains adapter.

Bluetooth-to-Wi-Fi Relay Inside a Wall Charger
Where Wi-Fi is available, the relay can be built into a compatible wall charger. The charger keeps its normal power function while the hidden module receives data over Bluetooth and forwards it through Wi-Fi. Practical Bluetooth range is around 50 m and depends on the room layout.

A relay is not required for basic recording. The Galaxy S24 FE can save audio locally, and the files can be collected later through the encrypted Bluetooth link when the operator is nearby.
