Full Description

Balanced inputs for two-channel recording

EN-NOTE33 has two balanced microphone inputsA balanced input measures the difference between two signal conductors, helping reject noise common to both. The microphone and wiring must be compatible. with an input impedance of 10 kΩ and LEMO connectors. An optional line-level adapter allows connection to compatible audio sources that provide a line output.

Manual gain adjustment lets you set the recording level for the source. Alternatively, automatic gain control (AGC)AGC adjusts amplification as the incoming audio level changes. It is not a noise-cancellation feature. adjusts gain as the input level changes. The audio codec is designed for a high signal-to-noise ratio and low power consumption.

16-bit WAV files at up to 48 kHz

The recorder saves uncompressed stereo WAV files at 16-bit resolution. Available sample ratesThe number of audio samples captured each second per channel, expressed in Hz or kHz. With other settings unchanged, a higher sample rate requires more storage. are 16, 32 and 48 kHz. Embedded date and time information helps organize recordings and identify sessions in an archive.

Headphone monitoring

A stereo headphone output allows audio monitoring. It is specified for a 32 Ω load and requires an optional adapter. The adapter should be included in the requested configuration if headphone monitoring is needed.

Manual, voice-activated and scheduled recording

A single button starts and stops recording. Voice activation, scheduled recording and a wired remote switch provide alternative ways to control a session. The wired switch connects to a dedicated remote-control input.

Configure the recorder using Windows PC software or the Android app. The app also supports audio listening through a USB OTG cable. This is a wired connection to the recorder, not wireless or Internet-based remote listening.

Removable storage and optional encryption

EN-NOTE33 uses removable microSD cards formatted as FAT32. A 32 GB card provides up to 120 hours of recording storage, depending on the audio settings. Storage capacity is separate from battery runtime.

Optional AES-256 encryptionAudio file encryption using a 256-bit key. This is an optional EN-NOTE33 feature that must be requested as part of the product configuration. protects recorded audio files. The line-level input adapter and headphone adapter are also optional, allowing the configuration to match the intended microphones and connected equipment.

Compact housing and rechargeable power

The reinforced aluminum housing incorporates rubber dust protection. An internal 3.7 V, 400 mAh lithium battery provides up to 20 hours of operation under ideal conditions. Actual runtime varies with use. The Micro USB port supports charging and external power.
