Able to neutralizes microphones, hidden voice recorders and audio transmitterss, protecting from unauthorized wiretapping
The microphone suppression kit, using silent ultrasonic waves, is able to jammer all the microphones within its action range. This device covers up to 3.5 square meters indoor area, such as offices or meeting rooms, with the use of the main unit plus only the additional ultrasonic module (supplied). It is also possible to connect up to four additional ultrasound modules to further increase the range of action.
It is also possible to use the main module on the move, thanks to the integrated rechargeable battery, obtaining a coverage of about 2.3 square meters.
Our SJD microphone audio jammer device generates a virtual barrier between the subject and the potential eavesdropping threat, ensuring that confidential communications cannot be secretly recorded.
Maximum protection is guaranteed by an ultrasonic signal generated on the basis of a proprietary copyrighted algorithm. In addition to the ultrasonic transducers the central unit has a loudspeaker with separate volume to generate, if necessary and if desired, an audible audio noise similar to white noise.
The most common threat is certainly represented by digital microphones; in the case of a laser microphone or an analog microphone, the additional acoustic silencer, which reproduces disturbances over the entire spectrum of audio vocal frequencies, is essential to obtain maximum protection against all types of microphones: digital, analog and laser.
Functioning
The device must be positioned with the transducers facing the possible position of the interception devices (environmental recorders, hidden microphones, audio bug transmitters etc.), for example towards new guests, which represent non-neutralizable threats.
The primary device must be positioned directly towards the target, at a distance of less than 2 meters from it.
The ultrasonic loudspeaker must instead be positioned closer to the target, at a distance of 1 meter, and oriented laterally to the target itself, in order to create a virtual suppression wall against the microphones and prevent any unwanted recording or remote listening. The optimal maximum distance between the transducers and the interceptor microphone is 2.3 meters + 1.2 meters (total 3.5 square meters), with the additional ultrasonic speaker.
What are the diagram and angle of the signal output from the microphone suppression kit?
The ultrasonic emission angle is 15 degrees from the emission point with respect to the vertical. The actual radiation emission diagram is 30 degrees. The radiation is strongest near the vertical. The diagram changes continuously, as does the emission.
How are add-on modules connected to the microphone suppressor?
Additional ultrasound transducers units are connected to the main unit through a jack-jack cable supplied. Up to four ultrasonic modules can be connected to the microphone suppression kit via an audio duplicator.
How are speakers powered?
The main module, additionally to the 220V mains power supply, is equipped with an internal rechargeable lithium battery. It can therefore also be used on the move for about 4-5 hours, while the additional ultrasonic modules need to be connected to their own power supply (supplied) in order to function.
What are the differences between silent mode and audible mode?
Silent mode specifically protects against the most common threat - room and cellphone microphones and uses only the silent ultrasonic signal. The audible mode is instead suitable for threats from analog microphones and laser microphones; in this mode both ultrasonic signal and audible white noise are used.
